Our president, Robert W. Dowdy (Bob) has over two decades of law enforcement, corrections and security. He applies his experience and training of numerous work sites, training classes and colleges to the field of security to make his clients secure.
He firmly believes that the client and Security Phoenix Protection Services, Inc. need to work together in a joint effort to make any security program effective.
During his years in the field, he has worked many activities:
Strikes, Protests, Athletic Events, Rodeos, Fairs, Carnivals, Forest Fires, Patrols (foot, vehicle and cart), Resorts, Hotels, Apartment Complexes, Test Facilities, Military Applications, Fire Response, Hazmat Response, Emergency Medical Technician, Emergency Response Teams.
His private research into security methods provides the basis for his success in crime prevention. Studies by leaders in the security field provide the background of his security procedures. Every facility is re-evaluated on a constant basis to determine if the procedures are effective or need to be changed.
The management style of Security Phoenix Protection Services, Inc. is a custom look at decision making by use of data and research using the 6-Sigma style of management and decision making. The decisions designing procedures and policies for each client are backed by constant evaluations of the officers, work sites and management.
